I don't know what the subject of the picture is, but the photo itself is outstanding as usual.
To be honest, neither do I its a pointy stick that stops boats hitting the wooden things ....I think, probably has a special name but I have no idea....lol ( note to self...research your subject matter more) hehehe
You always get the most interesting things to photograph. :-)

Pointy stick with special name, or not, this is another outstanding image! Also love the toning and the texture of the sand makes it extra interesting to look at.
