Probably not their proper name, I have no idea of fungi names, but, I thought these toadstools looked like little umbrellas.

Fairy umbrellas is a very good discription. They would need it over here at the moment. Huge amount of rain all along the south coast from Cape Town past Port Elizabeth and further east. But I like it when it rains (unless I want or need to do something outdoorish)
I will answer your questions on the Knysna Heads in my post today. Thanks for being such a regular visitor and especially the fact that you always comment. I love it when people comment and that is why I always try and comment on all the blogs I visit.
I didn't even know they were fungi! But then I stay clear of anything of that kind that is not in a glass/tin.
I loved the picture, though.
