Near to our bookshop is a Funeral Directors, and they use a horse and carriage for the local funerals, this is my very favourite shot of Ben, one of the carriage horses shot in soft focus to show that even though he is enormous 17 hands high, he is the most gentle of giants.Monday, 18 February 2008

He looks so sweet! I want to reach out and rub those ears! I must comment on the fact that they still use and horse and carriage. Almost no one over here does that...maybe the Amish. They don't use cars at all. That is just so cool.
